1. You can achieve a corpus of 5 Crores by investing 33,000 in monthly SIPs of funds for 20 years at an average CAGR of 15%.
2. The following monthly investments should suffice:-
a) Multicap - 10,000 (2 funds max)
b) Midcap - 15,000 (3 funds max)
c) ELSS (Largecap) - 8,000 (1 fund)
3. Investments should only be through auto-activated long-term monthly SIPs, in 4/5 star rated funds of different AMCs, that have given high returns in last 10-20 years timeframe.
4. Two years prior to goal(s), switch around 90% of the accumulated corpus to Hybrid Aggressive funds of their respective AMCs, for capital gains protection, while continuing to complete the planned SIPs.
